Ah, unfortunately, I wasn't able to play this properly... Ran it in wine on Linux on my potato PC, even on very low settings I had, like, one frame per second. It looks really good, though, and the intro movie played smoothly, as did the main menu. Maybe I can revisit this after the jam if either something on my end changed or maybe better compatibility or optimisation happened in further development.

Very nice story and message.

The gameplay is ambitious and works well. I struggled a bit to understand that I had to do an addition for the meat numbers, that part could be made more clear. The stealth/avoid Rogers phase works well. Jumping on the platforme was a bit complicated, I had to try like 6 time; I think it would be better if the platform lowered more. I'm glad about the translation update, it was not quite synchronized with the voice over after a while, but that did not prevent me from understanding the story.

Well done!

Very impressive!

I think the player movement is a little slow and clunky, it works thematically but is kind of frustrating from a gameplay perspective. I got stuck when you have to jump onto the moving platforms, I saved my progress so might go back to it later, but the platforming section really felt unnecessarily frustrating to me. I also really didn't understand what I was doing with the production portion of the game, I just spun numbers around until it said I was right.

I think there's a lot of promise here and the premise is solid, but making the player movement more fluid could be beneficial.

Just beat the game!

I only ran into 3 fairly minor issues.
1) The update did not work with my old save, the game got stuckk on (I think) the loading screen with some speech audio, but wouldn't progress past that. I ended up having to ALT+F4 out of it.
2) The save point before the final boss is a little odd. Popping up the pause menu was a little odd (I had to use Google Translate to figure out what was going on), every time I load into it it starts out as a very dark pause menu and I have to hit ESC to progress.
3) The first time I got to the final stage I got caught by a Roger almost immediately, but just lost the ability to move. I could still look around. I tried getting caught and it resulted in an immediate Game Over, so I assume that was a bug.

Aside from those small issues, I have no real complaints. Short, complete, effective! At first I thought it was kind of annoying that the AI recognized it's actions as evil (I preferred the idea that it was just running on human based programming and had no concept of good/evil); however, it very quickly became endearing and I chuckled at the nod to a certain Valve game in the Post Credits scene.

Should've mentioned it in my first comment, but I really appreciate the inclusion of English subtitles! Overall, incredible work in such a short time!

Hi! It's refreshing to see a full adventure game with a story in a game jam, congrats! It reminded me of Portal at some points. But it's a shame the language selector doesn't work, because I think it would be cool if English speakers could enjoy this game too. Don't forget this is an international jam (I almost did! Haha 😅)

Imho some of the puzzles/platforming could've used a bit more iteration. It was difficult to understand what to do at some points. And the platforming sections feel a bit awkward because the way the player controls. But I think it's to be expected with a project this big.

I liked the section before the end. It got me thinking that I haven't seen many representations of meat factories in video games (I can only think of Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee). This could turn someone into a vegetarian! 😄

Oh, and the menu music had me going like "HOLY SH*T IS THAT A MOTHERF*CKNG HOMESTUCK REFRENCE???" hahah
