I'm a big fan of the anarchist-radio-truck

I am a sucker for arcade-score attack games, so I really liked this!

Simple but effective execution, escaping from the cops can be so relaxing with that music!

Maybe I would have expected some more sound effects here and there to convey the broadcast action and the police getting closer, but it's a nice arcade experience nevertheless

This game has a vibe!

Cruising on the quiet highway with the music (that blends so well btw) and spreading the message.

The only feedback is that the player can be positioned better when the game starts because i haven't seen the van first and just went by foot until the morale went down - but that could be only me :)

Once I figured out all the mechanics it was really fun to drive around and to do a job. Good job - nice aesthetics, great game! Keep on creating!

Thank you!
Very strange, I didn't realize the player didn't start while facing the truck, I'll have to fix that later!

Sound design is excellent, I'm not much for this style of game, but I think this is executed very well! I noticed the same bug that AbNormalHumanBeing pointed out, and did exploit it to see if there was a positive end state. Ultimately I definitely felt the tension as I tried to keep my radio going, my gas tank full, and the revolution alive, well done!

Ok, I think it's about time I fix that glitch already!
I was too lazy to get around to it cuz I'm still burnt out from working on it constantly for a whole month.

There is no end, it goes on forever. X3

Hahaha, sometimes glitches are part of the fun! Definitely understand the burnout, these Game Jams are intense!

this is a cool concept and really fun to play!

as a small note of feedback, because the instructions on the main menu appear to be the same as on the itch page, i actually missed the line at the bottom on my first go through. i'd recommend moving it to the top (or at least before "Don't run out of gas.") or maybe highlighting/bolding it. it's pretty integral to gameplay and i'm sure there are others like me out there haha

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback!
I kind of slapped it at the bottom at the last second because my partner suggested that people might not get it at first, oops.
I'll see if I can put it in bold or a different color or something.

A really nice and tranquil, meditative experience. The music takes it - the dynamic changes especially were very atmospheric. I also enjoyed the setting of those old pirate radio stations.

One small thing: There was a bug where when you leave the broadcast seat in the back while keeping space pressed, it would continue to broadcast, but you could still drive and pump gas, sort of trivialised the challenge a little, but did not dampen my enjoyment, grooving out to driving down the endless road while broadcasting those pirate waves

Nice work :)

I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Skye did a wonderful job on the music!
I'll have to take a look at the code later, we never found that glitch.

Thank you for the feedback<3
