Loved the music and the feedback loop of dying and going back to buy items and coming back stronger than previously. Also loved the way you have to move around to be able to attack! The randomized elements are awesome as well-- all in all, love how much you guys were able to do and also fit together in this jam. I wish there could have been some kind of manual aiming system because I found myself in situations where I wanted to finish off an enemy but the auto-target would shoot a full health one instead, but all in all a fantastic play!
Thank you so much for your feedback! I agree! I planned on adding a manual targeting system but time constraints of course :) I will for sure add to it post game jam! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the randomized elements :) I really wanted to add more to it so each runs feels even more unique!
This game was a lot of fun! The idea of needing to move around to charge your attack was very creative.
Some of the maps felt a little cramped, like there was no place to get cover. Which I guess maybe was intentional, but there are weird difficulty spikes because of it. Also, in the upgrade shop, for some reason I was always offered the same skill for the first & third slot (e.g. both would be "get more gold"). IDK if that's a glitch or if it's random and I was just getting unlucky.

In regards to the skills being the same, I think its a case of being unlucky! I have improved the skills in general to remove when you collect them and if they should be unique skills, in the post game jam version I was working on here -> https://dung-dungeon-gregory.vercel.app/
