Hmm... Not sure how can I beat the last stage of the game, I'm just not fast enough, but overall, nice concept!
Interesting game! Would probably make a fun little mobile game with a few more features and some refinement.
Was confused on what to do, but i think i figured it out, you just need to organize the numbers from low to high, not sure if you can loose

I arranged them in order but nothing happened.

Putting the numbers in order is correct, but there's a little bit more to it. The lower numbers start at the -∞, where the background is red. The numbers are put in order to where the highest number is at the ∞, with the green background. Whether those symbols are at the top, bottom, left, or right is randomized. I had color coded the numbers so that larger numbers where green, but I guess that didn't make it obvious enough.
