Looks rough right now but seems like you have good ideas like starting the game with flying in space ship and plannig town and area 51 layouts.
Hope you will keep improving!
I liked that you went for an actual open 3d world. Definitely could use some more direction as for what the player should be looking for and where they should be headed.
