Incredibly well made! The controls take a bit of getting used to, and my hand got tired after a while (considering you have to do like A -> space -> left shift -> D -> space -> left shift every time you want to wall jump) but that kinda felt like the point? It is interesting to have a game that's played entirely left handed (except clicking through dialogue...) Landing on thin platforms after a wall jump was also finnicky, felt like it was difficult to control the distance of a jump.
The visuals are very nice, with some good variety in the areas. The sound design is also quite good.
One question - why does the stamina bar drain out to in, but the sanity bar drains right to left? lol
Reached the peak! Thought this was a nice game. I kind of wished the grab was something else other than left shift (it just felt a little uncomfortable.) The sanity meter was cool, the hallucinations made for some tense moments at times. It was fun! Nice work!
Great game!
Thank you! :)
Great game! I like the graphics a lot. You might want to change the movement a bit or make it more clear how to play!
That's fair. Thank you!
Impressed with your game, great job! Here's my little feedback: the mechanics of the long jump were not obvious to me the first few levels, I just pressed the spacebar and immediately released it, because of this I often fell. Also the level design in some places was such that because of the misclick you could fall back to the very beginning and this was disappointing. Overall, incredible work, I'm looking forward to your game in full format, with a plot and all that stuff :)
Thank you for the feedback! Glad you still like it. :)
Liked the graphics and theme interpretation, but the controls felt a little clumsy. In particular sequencing wall-cling and wall-jump seemed to involve some uncomfortable finger contortions. I still liked it though!
Thank you for your kind comment! :)
