You have approximately 3 hours left to update your submission with source, otherwise I will have to remove it.
Hi, I have uploaded the source. It is on the itch.io page. It is a link. I had uploaded long time ago, I don't why you can't see it. Can we get on a Google meet call and show you where it is.
If you scroll down you'll see to these links. I have attached a screenshot for your convienence. If you still can't see it, more than happy to get on a google meet call and take you through it. Just that we will need to manage the timing as we aren't in the same time zone.
None of those are source. Those are just links to download the game files. Source is everything a user needs to open the game in Unity and run the game from Unity. Here is an example of the files to include: https://github.com/icepol/DeathIsOnlyTheBeginning
I will give you another 24 hours to properly upload your source.
Google drive isn't allowing it to be completed, I spent 4 hours on one try, and I tried again, and it took me 8 hours to find that google drive only gives me even more errors. I'm only 10, and this is my first time in a game jam. Pls help me 😭😭😭😭 o(≧口≦)o ( ˘︹˘ ) ( ˘︹˘ ).
Even github gives this error, and I deleted the mentioned file.
I wouldn't recommend trying to learn Git to solve this. Git takes a bit of time to understand and learn.
Just delete the Library folder from your project files, zip it up, and then upload it to your game page. Your source should look like this: https://github.com/rpie3/a-friend-in-the-end
Thank you for your suggestion! I used google drive to upload the source as I couldn't find any other solutions.
Thank you again and here's the link for the source:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/171BlkHmIPa4Y3OAljjohrYV3nFF1pxRP?usp=sharing
I have also added source in my game. Sharing the screenshot. Hope this works.
Yup, it looks good now :)
Interesting... I wish somewhere you had mentioned, the levels that I am entering into.. But I had fun plating it. Love the graphics and music. Very catchy :-)
Nice game man. Congrat :) I would suggest only two things that maybe would improve the game a little bit in my opinion.
- Make the character slide a bit less. It fells like he is runing on ice.
- Jumping is preaty hard.. I dont know if it was a bug, or my computer. but I had to press space several times, or like 0,5seg to 1 before a door is coming to 'kill' me.
Please play my game if you have the time and leave your honest feedback :)
I love the graphics and the music.
Pretty tricky, restarting from the first level might have been a bit harsh! The zombies being the way you get to the next level took me a few minutes to figure out. The jump was pretty unreliable, Had to press it a few times for it to work. The art and music fit well together, and it’s definitely a unique idea for the zombies and door to almost have reversed jobs in this game.
rated!
You have until day 3 of voting to upload your source, otherwise I will have to remove your submission.
I really liked the aesthetic of the game! it was hard for me to understand what I had to do at first, although the message about the zombies at the beginning was a nice hint, nice job :)
Hi, I noticed your submission is missing source. Your source is everything someone needs to download your game, open it in the game engine (in this case, Unity), and hit Play to play the game. Please add your source either as an additional upload or a link to GitHub, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.
I didn't understand.
It's a WebGL project
Are you talking about a source code?
Your source is your Unity project files. Please add your source either as an additional upload or a link to GitHub, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.
