was it necessary to be able to move in 3 dimensions? i went to the top and hunted souls one by one. actually it was challenging. maybe you should increase the fire rate. congrats for submission
nice game! a cool take on the shooter, its a real challenge and fun to play a shooter that is towards the player, overall enjoyed this unique game, keep it up!
I had fun, and I like the idea that you're attacking in reverse compared to what you would expect normally in a game like this! It was quite difficult, perhaps because the bullets were small in comparison to the souls. Good entry!
That was quite difficult, I think mainly because it's reversed, but it's definitely an interesting idea to shoot from back to front. Good work overall!
Uff haha, that's really hard!
I managed to get to 10! I'd recommend a little less souls and an increased attack speed to begin with. That'll go long way I'm sure.
Then maybe some powerups would be a cool addition and I think the size of the firedot can be increased so that it's a bit more present.
That said though - looks very clean. It all seems to work as intended and it's an enjoyable experience. I think if I'd challenge myself I could get up to 15??
Thank you for sharing!
Beautiful start screen and good overall presentation, the devils hitbox was not very forgiving but his fireballs needed pin point accuracy. I found it a little overwhelming perhaps a slow build up would help as we as extending fireball hitbox or perhaps making them explode at a range.
