https://gamesupply.itch.io/huge-universal-game-asset - SFX for the game. I reused an old pixel art character from an old jam.

Great use of theme. The game was pretty easy but there's a lot of room to expand with the swapping between dimensions!

Developer

Thank you for that comment. Honestly, I feel I could've done a lot better with the theme. Things didn't turn out as well as I hoped/planned. I lost quite a few days due to the fact that I was sick.

Good job even though you were not feeling well. Hope you are feeling better.

The game had a lot of potential. Not sure what those items were that I picked up. I liked that you set it up to keep track of progress even through different game sessions.

Well done team.

Thank you. I'm feeling much better although I'm not 100% yet. The pickups were health collectables. I had a friend do most of the pixel art; this was the first time he ever made pixel art for a game. The collectables weren't really obvious TBH. If you managed to hop over the spikes without taking damage you would not have realized that.

A very nice simple game. Good job :)

Thank you

I thought the game was cool and easy :). I was speed running towards the end. I think there might have been a bug with some pick ups because I wasn't able to grab a few but everything else was fine otherwise

Thanks for the feedback. I made a mistake by duplicating the pickup sprite instead of the actual pickup. Meant to fix that but couldn't because we didn't have power for two days near the end of the submission deadline.

Nice little game, but i cant help to think it could have at least more varieties between levels

Developer

I wanted to do a lot more but I didn't have a lot of time and unfortunately I rushed the levels a little bit. I was sick for quite a few days and didn't have a ton of time. I was the only programmer and Unity dev so most of the project relied on my. The others were a composer and a pixel artist. I did all the code, game/level design and all of the UI pixel art.

Cute game :) Although i would expect more from 3 people.

I did beter last year and I was alone. The thing is I was sick when the jam started and didn't get to work for almost 5 days. Plus we didn't have power all of yesterday. It's not the best game I've worked on, but know I did my best doing 70% of the work myself. The composer who would've made more tracks and do the SFX only produced one track because of PC difficulties.
