Nice having a game with different ways of getting through levels.
The overall look and sound of the game suited nicely as well.

A few bugs to iron out, but that's all part of the process :). You should totally stick with this!

Fun game. I really liked the sprites and animations, and the atmosphere. The multiple character thing is an interesting idea.

Thanks for playing!

Very nice. Love the aesthetic and design. Not sure about the mechanics but it has merit! Will you be continuing this after the jam?

Nice ideas there, maybe too much at once, though. I got a bit lost at first trying to figure out what worked and what didn't. I'm not sure I liked the limited spirit, but it was and interesting limitation on the player to stop spamming. Generallyl executed really well, great job for a single person!

Going upside down was interesting :D

I had a similar issue with the screen going black. I entered the first portal, I went upside down, then back, and it was all black.

From the small amount I played, good job. I liked the digging mechanic :)

Developer

Ahhh, I understand what happened. Thank you for explaining that. I was eventually going to make it more of a puzzle platformer with the upside down guys, switches and such but didn't properly add a death barrier all along the top for the upside down guys.

Developer

Per GameDev rules, I made a HotFix for the black screen. Give it another shot if you'd like! Happy gaming.

Nice game and the music sits well with the setting. The attack noise in particular was enjoyable. Good addition of an upgrades feature with the "effigies" too

Enjoyed being able to do attack or dig and the animations of the character! I tried the game twice however and kept getting stuck about  a minute into it where I can't go anywhere and it's all black.

Developer

Can I ask which level you got stuck in?  You didn't actually find The Void did you?

very first one

Developer

Ahh I see. If all of your characters die, it doesnt properly bring up the Game Over screen. The script execution order of WebGL and PC build in my game may be different somehow.  I'll have to do some research into that.  Thanks for the feedback!
