I loved the visuals, the story is a unique twist to a very common theme, and the level design is very well put together. Getting damage from rain is a very interesting concept, and very creative.  Congratulations!

So nice to see my game being played!  You were very kind! I'm new to 3d so am confused at what the best controls would be best for 3rd person, as I'm getting different feedback from people. BTW there is an ambient music track and sound effects when the alien's are attacking, so obviously I need to turn their volumes up. Thanks again (have subscribed)!

I like having a motivation to "sheath" your weapon, I feel like a lot of immersive games could stand to incorporate that more. As others have said, the ambient rain sounds worked great!

I would consider mouse-click for attacking. But overall, nice work putting all this together!!

Nice game. I really liked the sound of the rain and the rain drops/thunder. The visuals fits the team and the umbrella is a nice twist. 

Fighting was a hassle and couldn't aim propperly (maybe my mistake).  I couldn't kill the fish, it seems the hitbox was lower then my umbrella.

These aliens... they look a little bit like innocent forest animals to me. I mean, the squid was totally an alien, but the others I'm not so sure about!

A short, fun experience! This game is actually nearly playable with a controller, it just needs something bound to Attack.

I really liked the thunder and lightning effects and the general idea of an umbrella ninja who has a lethal allergy to rain. :D

Movement was very smooth, attacks were less so. I generally only knew that combat was going my way when the enemies died. I liked and appreciated the health pickups hidden around the area.

I'm not sure what advantage there is to changing the facing direction using the mouse. Since I needed both hands on the keyboard to properly move and attack at the same time it wasn't really an option in any case. It was surprising that the camera is locked into a single position, but it actually worked completely fine in this case. (My entry last year had a controllable camera but it made a lot of people sick, so your game is much better in that respect.)

Cool concept; really like the core mechanic (umbrella + rain) something you could expand on later. Also nice vibes all around.

love the atmosphere and ambience. the rain and thunder gives the feel of an apocalypse. the terrain generation was also well done. I was able to get where ever I wanted to. One thing I'd like to see is using the mouse to attack and moving the mouse for camera movement instead of Q and E. A great job.

Having to choose between offense and constant DPS (the rain) opens a lot of room for interesting game play, enjoyed that!  I like the feel of the jump mechanic in the game. The atmosphere (slightly darkened environment, choice of storm sounds, + rain VFX) feels really nice as well. Bonus points for the squid running around, for some reason it amused me.  The camera spinning and enter as attack was the only thing that felt a bit hard to deal with.

Overall a fun game. Thanks for your submission! (Also I homerunned a hamster and that was satisfying.)

Poor innocent animals aliens getting murdered by an umbrella wielding ninja. Fun and quite deep fight mechanics. Controls would need some work, otherwise fantastic work!

I completed it! Good game and concept of the umbrella, like the other comments I had some difficulty with the controls.... Im not sure you need A and D. (That might help)

That's a cute scene you put together. The controls are a little difficulty to maneuver with attack on the enter and still using the mouse. Great work putting a stormy night together, too!
