I loved Pokemon MystryDX and this is very much like that! im not sure if there is a way but it would have been nice to be able to heal your pets. or maybe more directions on how to heal. Also it would have been nice to have health bars for the pets to see how much damage they had left.
Super fun!
I really liked playing this game. You really did a good job creating the Gameboy feel.
Nice beginnings of a game. I couldn't start playing without clicking at the play button with a mouse? Gameboy doesn't have a mouse. :P Also the rules stated you can still upscale the view. But yes, cool concept that definitely could be great with a little bit of polish on how the character movement is handled, and how to clearly show who is the enemy and who is not. Throw the camera movement into trash, it makes players nauseous really quick. :) Otherwise, cool!
Took me a little while to figure out what was going on, the way that the screen moves is quite confusing. Nice little concept though and I dig the groovy music!
Very GameBoy yes... The movement was rather slow, especially when enemies have to move as well... It's a noice and sweet concept and it works well... Only suggestion would be to increase viewport... The jam says it's ok to increase viewport size, just keep the 10:9 or 160:144 ratio... Overall a very cute game
Nice little game with some smart puzzle aspects, great job! Would have loved to have been able to go full screen or something though
The anti-alias on text breaks the 4 color rule, please fix before the deadline
Only just saw this 20 mins ago, I have replaced both those text with my own pixel art sprites so there shouldn't be any anti-aliasing anymore.
