I really like the two-button control scheme for this: it feels as though the character can do everything you'd expect, but with just those two buttons. It's very intuitive. I'm less keen on the graphics: that font on that background is virtually impossible to read. (I also notice that the text at the beginning seems to slip off the bottom of the screen, which I found happening in my game as well to an extent - it seems as though it might be a common GDevelop issue so if you ever work out what's going on there I'd be keen to hear about it!) The sound does the job and there's certainly some innovation here. My one other quibble is that I'm pretty sure I got a game over when an enemy spawned inside the player character, but it's fun all the same: it's hard to fault a jam game over something little like that.

Really nice and simple gamplaym though a bit too easy as the enemies took only one hit and were spawning so far apart.
The information text was a REAL pain in the butt to try to decipher.
Different font and color selection as well as removal or changing the background so that it won't mix the text so much.
But anyways, well done <3

Good job. The background and the text makes it really hard to read for me.

Is there a timer or something that makes you die? First time I felt I died from nothing.

Good luck!

Okay start. A little background music could spice up the game. At one point the game ended suddenly when I did not appear to crash into an enemy. Is it possible for them to spawn where you are sitting or is there a hidden time limit or coin count that ends the game?

P.S. How did you get full screen to work properly? If I use the default settings, it just expands the screen to the right as opposed to increasing the size of the game content along with the window. I thought I found a way by tweaking the settings, but turns out it's glitchy.

I wanted to add music but it wasn't working for some unknown reason. As for everything else I have no idea what's going on. The game should go on until the player dies.

As for my getting the fullscreen to work, I think all you have to go to your Games properties and under "Resolution and Rendering" look for the "Game Resolution resize mode" dropdown, and choose "No changes to the game size".

Thanks for your feedback, I'll probably fix the bugs after the jam is over.

Thanks. I'll take a look at the settings. Get it with the music that sometimes it just won't work. I've been told in the past to use Play Sound, not Play Music, as it's depreciated and be sure to set the music event to trigger once in the conditions, otherwise it will keep looping over itself multiple times.
