  • A little confused about what to do, but I think I got the hang of it. Was there much more besides voting on the two types of files? (Assuming the monitor in the upper left somehow showed info about the files?) Otherwise, great concept! Nice visuals. Love the background music, perfect for this style! And the anti-malware "monster" was a great addition! Fun start, would love to see where this was going!
  • A bit confusing at first, both in terms of what needs to be done and how to do it. Figuring out which files are good and bad is very reminiscent of Papers Please, and there's some potential here if you decide to expand on the game.
  • There's a good idea here. Also, I may now always imagine that terrible paw grabbing the file when I delete something now. The aesthetic is good, and the room you built does exactly what you're wanting it to do. Obviously, there's a lack of content and the interaction with the various elements is touchy. But well done for what you got accomplished! If you want to pursue more, I might direct you to something like the game Papers Please as a potential comp. Would love to see more of this if you are so inclined.

I was not entirely sure how to play the game, it would benefit from more written instructions, but I really enjoy the design theme once in the game.  It is definitely intriguing.  I would love to see what this game could become.

Spooky malware- I really liked the visuals of your game! The creepy hand coming out of the shadows was so scary! Also, it took a second before I understood what was going on, but after figuring it out, it was smooth sailing from there! I think it would be nice if there were more of a narrative to the game, and possibly more files to judge! Very nice graphics though! And the little files look creepy and adorable at the same time XD Nice work!

Hitting the buttons or pulling the chain/rope thing was a little wonky, but I totally dug the concept. I could almost see this being some sort of meta-creepy narrative game that some youtuber could cover and I'm curious about seeing the game idea explored more.

I really like the concept and it looks amazing, I only wish there were more, or different files to 'judge'.

Very nice art and music. I was extremely confused about what to do, so thanks to Purple below for explaining. :) I wish there were a bit more game in here, it seems like it could be fun to play around some more in that world.

I like the concept and the graphics are cute. :) I had some trouble figuring out the controls. I figured out how to pull the chain for a new file, but I couldn't figure out how to push the buttons.

I'm not really sure what is going on in this game. Naming the executable "Malware_GDEX.exe" is both funny and in bad taste. I didn't play it too long since it maxed out my GPU (You may need to add vsync or cap the framerates or something similar). (Edit) So I circled back around to give it another shot. I think I understand what is happening now. Pull down the chain to bring in a new file with an image, then press the green button to let it pass, and the red to "Erase" the file, where the goal is to successfully fill up the blue bar and avoid filling the red bar. Once you get the game in a more polished state, I actually think it would be a pretty neat game to play. The eraser monster in the background is actually pretty cool and creepy!

Same deal for me. Gonna have to circle back with a higher spec'd machine to give a real look. Looks interesting, though!
