- OK, so this is surprisingly fun for a last minute, low graphics jam game! HAHA. Kudos for hitting your target market on the money! For some reason, I see this working as an Oregon Trial clone as well. LOL! Thanks for the laughs!
- Sometimes less is better, and this is one of those times. Trying to figure out *what* to cut in the initial sections is an interesting puzzle, though sadly only one ending means it doesn't actually matter. The ending is a pretty fun metacommentary, though.
- Legendary. May this game go down in GDEX game jam history. This is one of the funniest, most relatable things I've played in quite a while. As a designer, I feel both seen... and attacked... This game is perfection. Well... Probably some balancing of values that could be done ;)

Always love it when someone goes meta. This was a fun ride with a curious twist! Definitely a creative take on the theme!
Interesting to play and see what actually had to get cut to get the game finished in the hours that were available. Fun concept to see the finished product at the end.
Fantastic, relatable, moving. 10/10 experience, did play again.
Loved the music on the end screen! The game reminds me a lot of my first few game jams 😅
So true it hurts! Oddly fun. haha
Incredibly realistic game. One suggestion I have is to add a project manager to save the team from wandering around in 360º no scope circles. Delegating tasks and axing ideas might bring that % up a little :)
oh wait
Really funny, especially the ending and "Music". I'm more of a dee dah dah dah ....... dee dah dah dah... deta dee deta doo kind of guy. Would love to see this game expanded with more endings, and different dialogue based on choices. I also like the simplicity of it, I bet it really kept things in scope ;D
Thanks! I wanted to do a bunch of that stuff too but, you know, *taps watch*. And I was super proud of the music, it was my first attempt at real-time game music composing. I'll put yours in the sequel though! :D
I'm afraid I don't quite get the concept, but I do think it's pretty funny nonetheless.
it originally was a super high concept meaningful commentary on game development but that part got cut
This game was oddly fun! I tried it a couple of times to see if there would be different results, but it looks like they are all the same? Would have been cool to have a couple of different ending based on what you cut. But maybe that feature got cut because as all game devs know, not everything makes it to the final product! Haha! Nice work!
lol you literally just went through my exact train of thought when deciding how to do the ending :)
