The mechanic of sacrificing things, as well as the wide selection of different things with various debuffs is amazing. Mechanically it gives the game a ton of variety and would work extremely well with a rougelike in mind.
That being said, i feel that the game lacks some polish in places. As mentioned by Mr. Pdf, the gravity makes it a bit scary to jump, I actually sacrificed one of my legs and that kinda fixed the problem by decreasing the jump height.
Still, it's just a matter of small tweaks, the game is still really well made and i enjoyed finding all the different debuffs and testing them.
Thank your for taking the time to play my submission :)
Great use of the theme ! Also the downgrades are really creative :D The only problem i have is jumping is floaty maybe increase the gravity force? Also the quit button is not working you can fix these issues quickly :p Overall had fun nice work !
Thank you for your feedback, i completely missed that I’d forgotten to attach the right script to the quit button :p I’ve tried to sort these out for my polished version. Thanks again for playing!
I really liked how this game used the theme, the gameplay idea is pretty good.
a bug though is that the 'quit' button won't work if you die
Thank you for playing my game! The quit button not working was due to me forgetting to attach a script my bad lol, I should have it fixed in my polished build. Thank you very much for the feedback!
This was a fun little game! The gameplay itself is pretty simple, what with the player needing to fend off against hordes of enemies and gather more ammo to replenish what they lose, but the mechanic of having to sacrifice something of yours after each level was both creative, and added good flavor to the game too. You have to go over several choices, none of which are good, and decide which will be the most manageable to deal with going forward. I ended up turning myself into a glass cannon at some point, which was a mistake.
While I was playing, though, I think that I ran into a glitch. On one of the levels I was on, for some reason the enemies suddenly stopped generating. I still had one point of health left, and I could run around, shoot, and collect bullets, but there were no enemies. Because I hadn't killed enough to progress, I ended up stuck.
Overall, it was a nice, simple game, and one that I think has a lot of potential!
Thank you for playing my game :D I believe that bug occurred to due how spawning is being handled in the build, I’ve tried to sort It best I can for my polished version. Thank you very much for the feedback!
There is lots to like about this game. The use of the theme was great and it made each level have it's own flavour. With a bit more time and juice it could be really fun and challenging. There is nothing wrong with keeping it simple as you have proven here.
Thanks for taking the time to play my game! :D

Great job with incorporating the theme. I chose to sacrifice my brain early which was my bad choice when I realised the controls reverse, oh dear!
Thanks for playing my game :D
I loved this concept, It was super fun and really the choice are super interesting. This is super awesome amazing job.
Thanks for playing my game, glad you enjoyed it!
This is so coool. I really thought I need to defend my base and don't let the enemies extinguish the fire hahahaha. But great job on the game and I love the sacrifices like do I have to sacrifice my potato just for the score multiplier. Awesome :)
Some feedback probably is that I think it is too dark even though the light source is the fire itself but can still be adjusted unless it is part of the game (Gibberish glasses lol). The enemies are passing through objects as well so it is difficult to target properly (adds spice to the game at least).
Thanks for taking the time to play my game. The brightness was something I was quite indecisive on and on reflection I agree it’s definitely too dark in some areas. As a result I have raised their brightness in hopes the levels will be more visible. Thank your for your feedback!
