This was a blast (no pun intended)! You're given just one tool, the gun, but unlimited loops, meaning that it's a process of finding the clues, working out what place to go for in the most efficient way, and once you have the answers to the puzzles, running off to the next area and working things out from there. It also doesn't discourage exploration, however, as each computer has something to say when you interact with it, and it provides you context as to what's happening on this doomed ship. By the end of the game, I felt downright cool as I ran my way through the puzzles to the end. The writing was really enjoyable, and I love how as the end of the loop draws closer, you can hear the music creeping up on you. Every loop made progress, and everything felt really clean.
Excellent work!
Really enjoyed this one.
The writing and puzzles were top notch and gets the player thinking without being opaque or frustrating, and it managed to have the time loop mechanic while still feeling you were making genuine progress.
The graphics look clean and easy on the eyes, and convey the info needed.
I felt very silly about missing the vent.
All in all, brilliant entry.
Solid idea, took me a bit of time to make some progress but enjoyed doing so.
Remember, bad security saves lives.
The idea that the most secure door was the one with a normal key bad is endlessly amusing to me. Was so fun reading all the emails even if they weren't all needed!
Had a great time playing, though I got stuck on the reactor itself, could not find a way to interact with it. Otherwise really enjoyed the loop, the eye scaner was especially a fun puzzle and the sense of humor was great. A solid start, with some polish and maybe other levels / situations I could see this being a full game!
The game has a really rough start, but once you are into it feels cool. Nice work :)
Wonderful low-poly modeling. Great use of the theme and your workaround is brilliant! I got stuck at the facial scanner (guess it really is broken.) I really enjoyed playing it and trying to figure out all the clues. Good work.
Thanks, I think my main polish for the week will be adjusting the text and puzzle hints, so thanks for the feedback :D
