Wow, this is a pretty cool one! It's very challenging as the bullet seems to predict your movement sometimes, and has a sort-of gravitational pull towards you. Nice job taking this simple concept and making something special out of it.

Neat entry. Really challenging, the bullets bouncing on the edges gets me every time. Love that art style as well.

Cool game! Simple but fun. I like when the bullet switches up and gets more erratic, creates a lot of tension. Nice music and sound design too. I would say that I wish there was just a tad more to it, but nice work for 48 hours. Well done!

Developer

I wish that too! So many plans that never made it into the game. If we could've done at least another bullet pattern (and form) and add some kind of shield-block-like to the player, I believe it would be way more engaging and fun to play.

Thanks for the feedback!

Fun simple game!! But after a few try I found out that if you just go full circle around the room, the bullet can't get to you. btw The art is cute and charming :3

Developer(+1)

Is that so? We tried stop the full circle tactic from working. We meant to create more patterns for the bullet so it would force the player whole new evasion tactics, but alas 48h goes by very fast.

Thanks a lot!

Pretty sure it has "only one" level right? didn't finish it to find out

deducted 1 point from originality just because it is still a chasing bullet after all.

Very entertaining none the less

and did i mention the character is adorable!

Developer

It's a short challenge game. You have to endure 70s before something new happens :D

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

This is my kind of game!

Pretty cool game, the interpretation of the theme is really cool. Only in the beginning you can dogde the bullet by floating in circles but after the bullet changes it gets really cool

Super awesome! I didn't really understand how a one bullet bullet hell was going to work, but this turned out awesome. Was the perfect amount of frustrating where every time I would died it felt like I wanted to do better.

Developer

We really tried to make one bullet worth the thousands of a bullet hell. So great it worked somehow :D

Thanks a lot!

Indeed very polished. The game feels great. It got a strange addictiveness to it. I couldn't handle to finish the first level though! :D Congrats! Left a rating!

Developer(+1)

Does it make you "howl with frustration"? XD

Thanks a lot! I'll leave you a rating as well :)

Submitted(+1)

Well, I honestly love these type of games that test my patience and frustation level. So it did but in a good way :)

The progression bar when you failed is a nice little touch ;)

Developer

Yes! I wanted to make it clear there was a ending to the game :)

Great game and creative use of theme/ one bullet idea i found that most people using "one bullet" were just copying what mark said about god of war and not being creative unlike this.

Developer

We liked our approach to the theme as well. And your words are reassuring!

Thank you!

This is a great take on the theme! And man is it polished! Well Done!

A unique take on the "Only One" theme! I like the thought put into each detail of the background, player, and bullet. good work!
