Nice platformer ! but the music is not beautiful and the game is repetive

Nice little game. The physics felt kinda floaty, I'd have raised the gravity a bit more but not needed. I did notice it says "Press R to reset" but when I pressed r it just skipped the level for me instead. I was able to get a time of 0 seconds by spamming R.

Pretty neat game though!

I liked the artstyle and the idea. It was just a little weird to me that you could close the doors again.

The style of the game is good looking, the movement are working though they could be improved, especially the jump, and the level design is... Not puzzles ? I mean, the most complex it gets is go to one door then come back, the rest is pretty much going forward.

BUT the mechanics, there's quite a lot of them, and they all seem to work great, plus, you got everything you need to make intersting levels, the buttons to block doors being pushable several times could be a great twist to typical platformers since you can't just jump over it to avoid pressing it again.

Overall it feels you were lacking time for the level design and i strongly suggest to continue developing and finding the best ways to use those mechanics, maybe add some - be careful not to add too much as it could ruin the feeling - good job and wish you luck

The most interesting interpretation of a 1D game I have found so far. Well done.

That level transition <3 Really nice aesthetics overall even if they are simple! Very polished!

Would love if you could check mine out too! Or not, no pressure ;) https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2019/rate/462672?after=20#post-876644

For a two day game it's nicely polished and has a good set of intro levels for the mechanics. Fix the bugs and turn it into a real game :)

Apparently every time I hit "R" I get taken to the next level so I managed to beat it in 0 seconds! I did actually beat it though lol

Hey, we made a GMTK game too. Check it out!

I actually noticed that bug too, but it was after the submission deadline :) Anyways, thanks for the valueable feedback :)

Very bouncy and smooth animations, along with good choice of music, and great introduction fo mechanics. It's stylish and fits the theme (atleast through the artstyle).

However the game is really quite buggy, I got softlocked twice, cause the spikes didnt kill me, and I got trapped in the second door of the level after that, plus reseting takes me to the next level.

Other than a couple bugs, really good entry.

Had about no time left to look out for bugs. But will surely give a post-jam patch. Thanks!
