Really like the concept, would even like to see something more ambitious with it (of course that can't be donde un 48 hours). Also I really like the simple aesthetic that gives you a lot of information.
I love any experience that makes me forlorn over the state of late-stage capitalism. Despite knowing the goal was to try and make a profit, I kept wanting to keep worker wages as high as I could. Got a few days in before being hit with a dumptruck of a cash penalty if I didn't change something. Lost shortly after. The music fits the mood and is well-chosen. Nice work!
Good concept, admirable that you went for a meaningful experience, and for sure a good example of an out of control system
I didn't get it at first but in the end i enjoyed the concept. I think trying to have a meaning behind your game is something i enjoy. To be honest, better visuals would have helped the experience and it was hard to understand the reason for the effect of the price change sometimes. A few changes and I would really enjoy this game a lot more. That being said i still enjoyed my time playing!
I love seeing games that try to talk about society's problems, congrats on that. However, I'd like having some kind of ending!
To be honest I don't really get it :( May someone help me? Would love to play it again XD
Each round you can change one aspect of your tactic: selling price, wages, and automation. In a crashing market there is no way for you to win really, just to hold out long enough. Watch as workers grow hungry while your stock fills with food you can't sell.
Ooooh. ty
How does the rival company not go bankrupt??
its pretty neat but without a way to win whats the point? all the audio was panned to the left wich bugged me.
Well, not beeing able to win is part of the message of the game. I am sorry about the audio though, I don't know what caused that issue.
I'm pretty sure the other guy went bankrupt first, durn cheating AI, you can never beat it.
Wish there were a way to get it going longer, but I guess that's the point. Point well made.
We have nothing to lose but our chains. We have a world to win.
