The sound effects alone are worth gold lol.

The circle in the middle grows when you're winning and shrinks when you're losing, if it fills the pie you've won.

This is great! I love the simplicity and intuitiveness. The only criticism I can think of is that it's a little boring visually, but that's not a big deal, and it works with the simplicity of the game.

I was trying to avoid adding extra visual noise to an already visually-noisy game so I kept the graphics abstract, but yeah there's definitely room to make it more visually appealing.
I love the game, it brought back childhood memories of playing silly flash games in school. It would be cool to add few more levels with maybe more various virus each having different properties such as the R0 property (Infection rate) and such. And perfect time to theme a game around virus too!

Yeah, playing with the R0 & healing rate could be interesting if I decide to develop this further.
About the theme, when I was first brainstorming ideas I was actually trying to avoid the virus direction, because I figured a lot of people would take "out of control" that way and it wouldn't be very original, but it ended up working out I guess.
I think you hit a sweet original idea!
The sound effects are amazing hahahaha Really funny game. I liked the use of the simple art style, it matched the game's theme very well.

Yeah, I went for the simple / abstract art style mostly to avoid encumbering the player's concentration by adding even more visual noise.
Relatively straightforward and fits the theme well. Tried to reset it a couple of times to see if I could get it to win without any intervention.

Did you manage to get it to win without intervention? I tried to balance the game in a way that it'll be very unlikely to happen, because one of the viruses will eventually get out of control. :)
