Really impressive design here! Awesome puzzles and great learning curve with the ease of the earlier levels (much better than we did with this) Really awesome job! Super fun to play! :D
Thanks! We're pretty happy with how the design turned out, glad you think so too!
Wow I enjoyed this a lot more than I expected to! Really clever puzzle mechanic, great job!
It took me longer than I would like to admit to figure out that you can use the empty ones to hold the key though :')
Haha glad you enjoyed!
Had a nice learning curve to the whole thing and it was executed very well. Solid game!
Thanks! Glad you found the learning curve nice :D
Oh man, this game becomes incredibly tricky, incredibly fast! I dig it! The early levels do a real nice job of getting you accustomed to the gameplay before ramping up in difficulty, which is always nice to see.
Yup, the difficulty ramps up pretty quickly (maybe a bit too quickly haha). I wish we had time to implement more medium difficulty levels, but alas we couldn't get to it. Glad you like it!
That was awesome! The idea of picking up controls is of course a classic by this point, but it usually feels frustrating as the player - this was a cool implementation that felt nuanced and rewarding and I loved it
Glad you enjoyed it! I'm happy we got it to a point where it wasn't frustrating because things that impede user inputs are generally hard to get right.
I just rated your great game! Thank you very much for watching the stream!
I would appreciate it if you could check out my game too!
Thanks for rating!
Neat little puzzle game with really fun and unique mechanics! I really liked the fact that the slots were for objects such as keys as well as directions, adding another layer of depth to the game. The puzzles were generally of good quality although a few were a bit pointless since you already had all the slots to complete the level, but the ones after made up for this. Overall a really original and fun puzzle game, great job!
Thanks for playing! Yeah I agree some of the levels are overly simple even as a tutorial, and I wish we had more time to explore other objects (we had some in mind). I'm glad you liked the mechanics though!
Yes, I like this. I'm not a very good puzzle-solver, but I still managed to get through quite a few of the levels. Smart game design, loving the audio and overall feels very polished. Great job guys!
Thanks, glad you like it!
Really unique puzzle game, It was very understandable and self-explanatory and the puzzles made good use of the mechanics, great job! :)
Thanks for playing!
It's a unique puzzle game that should definitely be played at least one. Don't sleep on it!
Thanks for the kind words, I'm happy you enjoyed it!
Quite a fun game, the controls are simple but effective and at the same time extremely unforgiving if you make a mistake (but in a good way).
Really good implementation of the control system and matches the theme really well.
Haha yeah some of the restarts can be pretty brutal. Thanks for playing!
Surprisingly fun! Very solid game! Good job!
Thanks!
Cool, works well. Good onboarding. Gets to some really cool puzzles later on, had me restart levels like 10 times, but without feeling frustrated. I was learning at every restart and getting closer to the solution.
Nice, glad you didn't feel frustrated by the difficulty! Thanks for playing!
I like this game's mechanics and style, they all work pretty well together! The music is pretty neat and fits the mood (respect to Bosca Ceoil, love that software), the sound design overall is good, and I like the simplistic art style! I suck at puzzles, but your ones are well-made nonetheless. Nice work! :D
Also, here's a bad fan art:
Glad you enjoyed! And thanks for the fan art haha
I really like the BG track for this game and the sprites are good as well! I liked having physical locations for swapping the modules as that differentiated this game from the other games with similar mechanics. Good submission
Thanks! Yeah I saw a few others with similar ideas, but I'm glad you thought ours was different.
This is a really good concept and well executed, the puzzle mechanics from the swapping of modules started out seeming relatively simple but it soon turned out to be a really fantastic level design tool. Had a real blast figuring out each puzzle!
Thanks! I'm glad you liked the levels, though I do wish we had more time to make some more.
Brilliant work. Really mind-bending. First game from the jam that I'm saving to come back to later.
Wow, thanks for the kind words! Happy you enjoyed it!
I got stuck on the level with the ladders and the two right arrows but I thought it was a great game. Cool puzzles and a nice minimalist presentation. Music is pleasant and not grating too!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the game and the music!
