Great game! I really like the movement, I love the mechanics

That's the most suicidal robot I've ever seen.

I like the movement, and finally wall jumps work well. I like that there are checkpoints.

Sorry, but I didn't like the idea of doing random stuff here. The platforming is already hard enough, and the robot killing itself adds frustration instead of fun. Maybe that's the intended way, I'm not sure. I was definitely fighting the character here.

The graphics is pretty nice, but I wish it had a bit more juice.

Overall, good job!

I really like the way the movement feels, and the presentation of the game. Super crisp! I have to admit though that dying for reasons out of my control in a difficult game like this doesn't feel very good. I appreciate that there are as many checkpoints as there are to help mitigate that, but I can't help but feel that, outside of this game jam, it would be more enjoyable without losing control. That's not to take away from the really nice game that you've made though, because (while i'm in control) is feels really nice!

thanks for playing my game,

yes, i also think the game would be more fun without loosing control sometimes, but i dont think it holds up as a normal rage game it just wouldn't be special enough

This game deserves far more attention than this! It's out of control, clearly a rage game, but that doesn't mean it's badly designed. The art is cool, and I really like that there is a visual and auditory signal for when the robot's out of control. I think it would've been good if you added something to warn the player when they're ABOUT to go out of control, such as a yellow light before the red one. Another improvement that could've been made is a more satisfying ending, especially in a gruelling game like this. Other than that, a really solid fun game, with good art and plenty of content. Good luck, keep trying to get this out there!

Thanks for the feedback,

I like the idea of the yellow light. I will implement that when the rating period is over.

Also the ending. You are completely right, it's not satisfying at all.

thanks for playing my game, and especially COMPLETING it... wow

Interesting concept, tho the controls are too heavy for me. makes it kinda hard to land jumps sometimes.

Developer

the controls are designed to be clunky , for example : the normal jump is able to be interrupted , but the double jump is not. also the air movement has a slower acceleration than on the ground .... and then there are the moments when the robot takes control back...

all of that is because the game is supposed to feel like a fight against your own character , i hope i brought this across in some way

thanks for playing and rating tho :)

This game is really fun! I like how the robot's eye turns red when the controls go crazy. The controls feel good, especially the wall jumping.

what a great game, shows the theme in the most creative of ways, and each level shows a new level of challenge. good job
