Neat effects! That soundtrack gave me some shivers haha. I like the concept too

Really nice idea. It's not that obvious what is happening, at least at first, but the way you structured the level really helps you understand, and you figure it out after the first-dimensional pull.

Good job.

Thanks!

Good that you figured it out! I was scared it would be too confusing to understand

Very very cool concept! The first time the dimension pull happened kind of scared me for a second, the sound for it was great and really added to the effect! One thing about the game is it felt a little unresponsive at times since it seemed like there was a slight delay to both movement and jumping. However, the squash and stretch of the jump felt great! Platforming was a nice challenge and if you improve the movement, it will be even better!

Yeah between by horribly optimized code and post processing effects the game could get a bit laggy, which caused the input lag. It basically loops through all tiles in a 100x100 square around the player every time the dimensions join so no wonder it lags a bit. I found that playing in windowed mode, at a lower resolution, does help a lot with that, which is why I didn't notice until after the build was uploaded lol.

Thanks!

Nice game, loved the eerie music and the fish bowl effect in the red dimension.
