How does your game fit the theme?
In this puzzle-platform game, the player must join together maps to reach the goal. Maps represent platforms, ladders, and obstacles. Only by combining maps while platforming - by joining them together - can the Sky Explorer reach the end of the stage!

Nice idea, I really dig it!
The controls and levels can be improved, but it has potential!

The art direction is awesome and the concept is great (although it didn't really looks like things that are "joined together"), but the level design and the character controls make things really frustrating

Great game. I enjoyed it a lot :)

Smart idea well executed with super cute visuals.

The only issue I had is that the character is sliding a bit, so in the last level after a long jump I fell from the platform I landed two times.

One advice: Do a web build next time, it's very easy with Unity and it makes your game much more accessible :) (The only trick is to deactivate the asset compression in the settings otherwise the game doesn't load in itch.io)

Congrats to the whole team 👏👏👏

Developer

Yes definitely, it is available at a different link on the web-build but because of the rules, we took that off because it was made after the submission deadline. Other than this, thanks for the feedback, and glad you liked it! :)

Really well executed, and very tricky puzzle/platform designs! Well-done game

A really amazing platformer game with really brilliant game mechanics. The level design is clever and is pretty well made. I had a lot of fun playing this game. Thank you, developers.

The artwork of this game is both stunning and cute, and I can tell that it is really well-polished. SFX is pretty good and the music is really satisfying, creating a comfortable and calm atmosphere. Overall, this is a fantastic work. Hope you guys can keep working on it!

Awesome platformer! My only suggestion is to put resolution settings, because for my screen the sides were cut off.

Developer

Apologise for that. We did not have the time to do multiple resolutions & responsive layouts.

Great mechanic and amazing presentation! Really felt the lack of a jump buffer, but I suppose that's a consequence of the time limit. A lot of very satisfying moments of removing/placing platforms at just the right time, loading up a jump and then switching to slo-mo as you sail through the air felt excellent. Good job! A highlight of the jam for me.

Thanks :) hope to get some visibility in here, lots of games! But thanks for the thoughts and glad you enjoyed it so much!

Wow, this game is absolutely gorgeous. The art is ridiculously good, probably the best art I've seen in the jam, I really, really love it!
On top of that, the gameplay feels great, the mechanic is super unique and really fun to play with, and the sounds and music really complement the gameplay and art excellently.

Amazing game, fantastic work!

Very cool game. The visuals were really good! I really loved the character design. Mechanics wise, it’s really good PoC, and I wonder how much you can do with it with some extra polish and mechanics!

Very fun game. Only issue that I had was that I would sometimes get stuck on the ladders and unable to get off them but apart from that. i really enjoyed i

Very good looking game, the art style is great, the animations are adorable.

Tune is calm enough not to add to the pressure I felt on some jumps! There's a tiny bit of slide on the character when landing on platforms, which made jumps a lot more stressful!

Took me a bit to understand I could start a jump in slow-mo while the map is open, which helped a lot on the (hard!) last level.

Great job!
