Love the idea and the game in general, giving more reasons to split would make it feel even more interesting. <3
I love how to music has 2 states, with a faster one when you are joined together. But sadly, there was not much reason to be in the split state. A fun game overall.
Controlling the turtle was fun for the most part. Mostly, the game just felt like a roller ball type game since there was never a reason to detach. Still fun tho!
I love the mechanic you implemented here. I think if you keep working on it, you can make a really great speed game.
Level design wise, I feel like you didn't give a whole lot of reasons to detach from the other turtle. But then again, it was a 48h gamejam, so no biggie!
Nice implementation of the theme!
Nice implementation of the theme!
Quite a cool and unique mechanic that fits the theme! The ramps seem a bit tricky and the one where you roll down a ramp and have to jump gaps was hard to finish. But overall nice fun mechanic!
Very fun concept, like the idea of having to propel yourself to new partners mid race, perhaps if they had different abilities this could be even more interesting.
