Great stuff, I liked your implementation of the "bridge-builder" mechanic. Doesn't seem something so simple to do but it worked well!
Art was on point as well, it was consistent and the style fits nicely with the gameplay.
At first I had trouble understanding the interplay between the character movement and the building mechanic, but then I realized that the point is to climb through the structure as you are building it. To emphasize this, I would consider not giving the character an infinite jump, to make sure you have to climb the structure instead of just levitating to the place you want.
Awesome job overall!
Awesome visuals! The movement is a bit stiff, but this seems like a great jumping-off point for a finished product.
The art is great! I really enjoyed it.
The controls though are a bit flimsy.
I love the visuals and music. The idea is nice but feels exactly like a normal bridge builder. The dash has a lag on it and lacks impact and the line is finicky to build, too close and its red, too far and it disappears. Good Execution on the idea tho.
The visuals bring me back to the days of playing Loco Roco on my psp. I really enjoyed the fun take and aesthetic overall!
One thing that kind of caused me trouble were the controls at time being finicky. For example, the lines showing green but still not letting me place until I went a bit farther out.
Fun entry though!
Really really really cool.
It was a really cool concept, but I sorta didn't understand what to do and how to move the magical ooze. I was pretty confused.
