This is a cool idea, and I'd love to see it expanded more in the future.

One big issue I had was with the UI. Often, vital info ran off the edge of my screen. I don't know if my story was good or not in the end, because after a few lines it ran off the screen. I also had issues with text appearing for a split second and then vanishing before it could be read. Another issue was with the lack of possible combinations.

This is a promising start though, and I'd love to see more of it in the future. Maybe even some randomized elements with the locations, for replay variety?

Thank you for giving the game a try! We did have several tuning things we didn't have time to properly format or time-out, as well as being able to generate enough content to really make things feel fully featured.

Our intent was to have a more user friendly inventory and combination menu where everything was represented by "item card" type displays, as well as a quicker combination proccess of selecting pairs of Inspirations and having it immediately register if they would be a valid combination, but we unfortunately ran out of time (across many things) and had to try to make it work as-was.

Thanks again for the feedback!

I like the core idea of the game, however 99% of the recipes I tried didn't give me any results. I tried pretty much every combination I could think of and only found one recipe. Very interesting and creative idea though!
