Most out-of-left-field idea in the whole game jam, lol. I liked it! Very creative concept, having to look back and forth between the dialogue and the minigame is a fun challenge. The art and dialogue are hilarious. Well done!

The music is so over the top, I love it, haha! One little thing I noticed: you kind of get stuck on obstacles when touching them, which feels a bit weird. But that's just a minor nitpick, overall it's a solid game. Good job!

Loved this game! Super creative concept, great art and sound effects, and the puzzles were entertaining and original. I loved the guys face looking in, lol. Well done!

Fun little game! Took me a while to realize you weren't supposed to HOLD right mouse button, but just click it. After I figured that out, had a good time drowning a couple dozen fisherman 😈

Tenet the video game! This is a really creative idea, I had fun with it!

Really cool game, great graphics considering the 48-hour time limit! Reminds me of some random CD-ROM quidditch game I would play as a kid for hours, haha. Loved your game!

This game is super hard, but still mostly feels fair. I had a good time playing it. I would recommend making the pipes stop instantly when you let go of the key. Right now it feels a little too floaty and that makes it harder to put the pipes in the exact position you want. Good job on the game!

Cool boss fight, although it seems to have way too much health. I mastered its attack patterns pretty fast, kept shooting it for a few minutes, and since I had no idea how close I was to winning, I ended early. Good job though!

I doubted my own humanity several times while playing. 1:1 simulation of what it's like to be a human on the internet in 2023.

This is my favorite game from the jam so far! The last level was wild lol. I think it's interesting that we had really similar core ideas, but we took the gameplay in very different directions. This was awesome, well done!

Thanks so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it! :)

Awesome game! Love the art direction, the pixel art and the music especially. Love the cover image too. Learning curve is a bit steep, more tutorial would be nice, but eh, 48 hours, what can you do. Really solid work!

This is great! Fruit ninja reversed works surprisingly well. Trying to slice two fruits on with one slice is super hard but in a fair way, it definitely hooked me. Really polished art as well! Great job!

Hilarious concept and a creative, tricky puzzle game! I'm blown away by this one, haha. Mark will love it

Cool game, the mechanic of being able to control the humans is really cool and well-implemented. Is there a reason the bullets move so slow? Feels a bit odd that they only move about the same speed as the player. But not a big deal or anything. Good job on the game!

"drag your teddybody around and prevent the evil children from taking your friends." That is not a sentence I expected to hear today 😛

This is such a bizarre game concept, but it works surprisingly well! Great art, lots of polish, and a weird spooky vibe (my favorite kind of vibe). Excellent work!

Cool game concept, I like the idea of the enemies slowly getting stronger instead of the player, I think it has a lot of potential! Really high quality player and enemy designs assuming you creating those during the jam! One issue I noticed is that the player's gun often doesn't fire exactly at the mouse cursor, just sort of in that general direction. A little more precision would be nice. Good job on the game, it's great!

Cool game, challenging and fun to race against myself. I ran into the same bug as the other comments mentioned, where the game crashes after round 2. But fun game nonetheless, 48 hours is never enough time to find all the bugs, totally understandable

"Beware, however, for this cheese... Has a gun." is the best game description of all time 😂

Cool game idea, I like the 3D pixel art aesthetic. It is really easy to just swarm the cheese as soon as the game starts up and insta-win, but no big deal, 48 hours isn't enough time to perfect everything. Well done!

That intro had some GIRTH to it, haha! Really creative concept, very fleshed out worldbuilding for just a 48-hour game jam, well done!

Super creative idea! I've always had a game idea in the back of my mind that a reversed metroidvania (where you have to choose which powers to give up) would be really interesting, and your game kind of does that! Also the wolfmonster art is hilarious :P

Interesting concept, really nice pixel art and auditory feedback. I will say that even the easy difficulty is pretty hard, might be good to tune that down a bit. Well done!

Neat game idea, I had a good time trying to fine-tune my settings to make the jumps as easy as possible. That square can CRUISE on max speed, haha! Thoughtful of you to add lots of checkpoints. I might even recommend adding MORE checkpoints. I've noticed that many game jam games are way too hard and that just results in nobody playing them to completion. Yours is already way better at checkpoints and difficulty than most 48-hour games, but going even further is just my two cents. It's also impressive that this game is only 5 mb, my hard drive is very happy about that. Good job!

Cool concept, very creative idea to have the ghosts become the dot eaters. Only minor feedback I have is that it would feel better to play if you could hold down an arrow key before arriving at a junction and have pacman automatically turn in that direction, rather than having to press the key after coming to a complete stop. Minor thing though. Cool game!

Cool concept, I found it pretty fun to spam a million zombies just to see what would happen. When I was playing as the player, I clipped into a bed somehow and got stuck. No big deal though. Good job on the game!

Fun game! Takes a lot of brainpower since most of the levels have a very specific solution (which isn't a bad thing). I had a good time with it, although the game glitched at level 10 and I couldn't progress. Even still, good stuff!

Wow, that was insanely well-polished and creative for a game jam game! Breaking all the boxes was a pure dopamine hit, haha. Never in a million years would I have thought of letting the player record their own sounds. Well done! (this game gives me Tunic vibes for some reason, btw)

I am a total sucker for numbers-go-up games like this! So much dopamine. Really solid game, I enjoyed trying to minmax my strategy a lot. Gave me some serious Plague Inc. vibes :)

Yeah that's a bug 😖 but thanks for the kind words!

Thank you so much! And well done! 👏

Thanks for the feedback! Those are great suggestions, I'll definitely apply them all 🙂

Great game! Well polished in both visuals and puzzle design. I must say, despite my best efforts, I could never quite beat your scores! I really like how there's not a strict win/lose condition in this game. Too many game jam games are too hard and make you restart from the beginning every time you die. I like how this one gives you a goal to shoot for but doesn't limit your progression just because you got a low score. Much better style of game in my opinion!

My gosh those frogs are hard to kill! I think it's hilarious that this game stutters sometimes, clearly it's because you used the world's most advanced AI in the frog detected algorithm. Fun game!

Hilarious game concept, and I love the lore as well! One feedback item: the gameplay itself doesn't involve any role reversal. At the end of the day, it's still a game about shooting a gun. Only the art is role reversed, not the game mechanics. But good job, it was fun!

Creative take on the theme! You didn't just reverse our role - you forced us to play as both the player and the enemy! I was so mad at myself for screwing my future self over, lol. Great game!

Never in a million years would I have thought of making a game from the perspective of a tower defense wave! Super creative. Very difficult too, you basically have to constantly be moving back and forth to dodge the towers. Seems like they aim directly in front of the player, so bouncing around is the only chance at survival. Well done!

Love me some YuGiOh references! Really well-done art. This game is pretty hard, adding an extra 1 second or so to the time limit to play a card would probably help. Fun game nonetheless though!

Fun game! Surprisingly hard to keep the farmers at bay. One piece of feedback I have is that the gameplay would be the exact same even if the roles weren't reversed (a game about a farmer defending his crops from pigs also makes sense). But fun nonetheless :)

The combination of MS Paint graphics and really serious writing was a trip, haha. Also, I like your description of how this game fits the theme :P

Interesting concept! Gets really hard after you find the wormhole, kinda broke my brain. But I enjoyed it! Thoughtful of you to include a no-damage mode, more gam jam entries would benefit from features like that.
