Ranked from 41 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does your game fit the theme?
1. Instead of a hero crawling through the dark lord's dungeon. The dark lord is sneaking through a human city. 2. instead of catching pocket monsters to use to fight, you're catching humans instead. 3. You can change your "role" by disguising yourself. This allows you to sneak past things or gain access to places you weren't able to before.

Did your team create the vast majority of the art during the 48 hours?

Took a moment to get used to the controls, but apart from that, a cool little game! Good job!

Thank you

Great job!
Does your dark power recharge over time? I didn't notice if it did. It seems to deplete pretty quickly

Developer

Thank you!

You recharge the energy by fighting and killing people.

Ah gotcha. Good to know!

Very cool and fun concept. Really enjoy the capture humans to fight other humans aspect, the combat screen itself I feel could be improved a little bit more, but other than that I had fun with this!

Thank you! I know, the UI was very last minute for the combat screen and clarity around how much damage is being dealt/received isn't the greatest. But, I'm glad you had fun!

It has a very neat idea and a cool execution.
Got to admit the controls are not too intuitive, kept mixing up some of the inputs.

With the time available, and considering this is your first jam, you knocked it out of the park!

I even like the addition of the turn-based minigame. I could see this being expanded into a bigger game.

Developer

Thank you so much! Do you have any suggestions as to how I could make the controls a bit better?

I really like the idea behind the game. It was a lot of fun, and I found myself wanting more.

Developer

Thank you! I might expand on it one day.

This game is actually really cool. The stealth/Pokemon structure is fantastic.

Thank you, I sort of mashed together a few different ideas I'm glad it didn't turn out too badly.

Interesting concept! very fun and I liked the fighting mechanic!

Developer(+1)

Thanks, I do feel the fighting part of the game has a lot of room for improvement. I didn't really have enough time to make the UI better and also there's a lack of communication to the player around how much damage is being dealt or how much health a unit has.

very fun yes

Thank you! Your game was also "very fun yes" :)
