Looks great, is incredibly funny and is communicated very well. I especially love the RAMPAGE!
Thanks! That ability went through phases of getting changed and tweaked, but we eventually landed on the idea of a rampage. I'm glad you liked it!

Great little game. I think the core gameplay loop is great and the art/music are fantastic. Love all the extra oomph you added to every attack. Would love to see more ship variety and boss battles.
Also, I think I encountered a bug. I ship would not spawn in after a few rounds. Only happened one game though. There's also something weird if you're spamming attacks with the hot sauce bonus - really messes with the interface after the ship is destroyed.
We were planning on adding a pirate captain boss battle, but just couldn't find the time to make him. We ran into both bugs while working on it but couldn't pinpoint exactly what was wrong and what was causing the problem. We did however think of a fix for the UI glitch after submissions were over. Thank you for the feedback!
Great try on a Kraken game! It felt really nice to smash the ships and you really put a lot of effort into the animations! The power ups felt great to use too, the Rampage was a fan favourite!
The game plays well and feels nice for the first 3 or 5 minutes then it just becomes stale, but good job nonetheless, only complaint is that the difficulty doesn't increase when playing the game.
Thank you for the feedback! I agree. We're currently focusing on improving the visuals, music, and feel more so than the actual game itself and then we will shift to making the game actually playable.
