Idea is nice. Can't say I like gravity added to breakout, and AI could definetly use work, as I've waited for player to hit last brick for three minutes straight. Even if I nudged the ball in correct direction, player still sent it to an empty part of the field.

It's a neat idea but the player AI could do with some more work. Also, whilst the ball being affected by gravity seemed like a nice twist near the end it became clear that it breaks the classic breakout formula. Great effort for the jam though!

i love the concept but i think i just got a really bad ai because there were four bricks in the upper right corner that this player would not hit and instead they'd go for trickshots off of the left wall that got then nowhere near the right side of the screen

Really fun idea! Gameplay works ok, it may needs a couple of tweaks. You may mimic a "Tron/Tron Legacy" art-style to make the player feel part of a program/software to give more "flair" to the presentation, also by adding some simple arcade type sound effects. Fun game, I hope you'll keep working on the idea.

Really original idea but bad visual's and gameplay. Would like to see a full version tho.

Definitely a super interesting idea! You did really well to make a solid game out of it too! I think there's lots of possibilities of ways to go with the game, but overall, I think you did a great job creating a new and cool experience! :)
