It's really clever that you have to send out powerups to be able to afford more ships.  Great work for 48 hours.

The title screen looks really great, got me in the mood instantly.

Love the idea of having to give power up to the enemy so you can buy more ships!

This was sick! Great job guys, I loved the presentation! art was awesome and the story was hilarious. Very well done.

Hehehe I loved how cheeky the opening story was. Some rough edges but it was a solid experience. Great work!

Great concept and good art.

For me it was hard to manage currency. And "hero ship" is too fast :)

The aesthetic is incredible!  The pixel art is so freakin good!

The concepts are there for the gameplay, but I just couldn't get a handle on it. the balancing feels off. and I feel like I'm trying to manage too many things at once. I wish there was some automation to either the power ups to earn you points or the ships being built into the queue, managing both at the same time as well as the transporter thing was a bit overwhelming if you ask me.

overall, very impressive for a 48hr jam. Great job!

Really appreciate the feedback! I like your idea about automating some of that. Will definitely be trimming down and balancing some aspects

This game is really really high quality, nice work! The art is awesome and the intro and UI feel really well polished. I liked playing as a defender, I always enjoy playing a character who's defending against an aggressor and there's not a lot of games out there like that

The art's great but the gameplay could use some refinement. You deserve more eyes

Concept is fun and well-executed, but it's a bit much to take in by just jumping right into the action, it's not immediately clear what you're spending your money on and what items will give what boosts, I couldn't quite figure out a strategy

I cant really rate this since I worked on it too, but I can comment to my hearts desire!!!! BEST GAME EVER!!!! ok, it's not the best game ever, but in 48 hours I am feelin pretty good about this one
