How does your game fit the theme?
Battleboat Nautica puts a spicy and interesting twist on the tower defense genre. Rather than playing as the defender, you are the attacker. As such, the player and AI's roles are reversed.

I love your take on reverse tower defense style gameplay, having it be ships is pretty neat!
I had a bug initially when trying to play where I couldn’t draw a path but it seemed to fix itself after a reload.
This game could benefit from some player feedback like subtle animation and sfx when the ships are attacking and such but overall pretty nice game!
interesting concept! Want to see more content on it!
Ahoy. This here be a jolly game. Nice.
I LOVE PUSH THE CAT
I like your take on the reverse tower defense because you actually get to build the path. Found the aspect pretty cool. The graphics are real nice, everything was well put together. There's definitely a lot of potential here. I wouldn't mind if things were sped up just a tad, felt a little slow at times. Great work, solid entry.
Interesting concept! Being sent back to the start was so frustrating but it makes the challenge more fun too. Would love to see this game get expanded and polished in the future.
Pretty Cool Game Enjoyed It
Well done, as you mention we create a similar game! I like these concept a lot!!! Well done for a 48h project!
This Strategy game is cool.
Interesting concept, though most levels could be finished by drawing a straight line and spamming the cheap ships. I wish there was a speed-up button, as the gameplay is quite slow at times. Also, being sent back to level 1 was soul crushing. Would love to see this game polished up and continued!
Very jolly little stratagey game. love boardin' big ships an' seelin' their plunder
The game was mechanically and thematically very enjoying. Needing to completely restart when you lose does suck a little bit. Died on stage 6 wasn't compelled to go back, since experimenting with different methods would probably mean my death and another restart. If you changed that, it could make for a really fun game! Definitely continue working on this one past the Game Jam.
I was really surprised by the amount of content and depth in the mechanics, and I see a lot of potential in the idea. I died at stage 6 and the game started all over again, which felt bad and made me quit and move on, Gj overall, good game (:
