How does your game fit the theme?
Reversed the roles of 10 pin bowling! Instead of bowling the balls, you're playing as the front pin in the alley!

very funny, I love the menu, the gameplay and how well the music fits, I laughed a lot, good job!
Great spin of a great meme into a great game. The graphics were incredible and fit the 90's bowling alley aesthetic well. Tiny nitpick was that I hoped that the game got a bit more challenging as time progresses but it was still enjoyable overall. The strike clip when the player loses is a nice touch as well.
Nice and smooth feeling / running game in a weirdly intriguing setting presented in a nice pixelated look. Could be the base for a vrry cool game , for me currently i laks challenge though ( or it takes to long to show up) . In anycase, good work

Great and fun game. I really enjoyed, the only problem is the lack of difficulty in the further stages of the game. Impressive outro cinematic though! Good job!
It was really fun to protect my fellow pins, good game
They turned the offensive bowling animations into a video game...
Nailed the aesthetic, would be nice if there's a web build though
I love the idea of the game, the art style and sound effects. I like that the gun overheating makes the game challenging.
Fantastic idea and awesome gameplay. Had a lot of fun with this, it could do with a steeper difficulty curve but that's my only criticism. Great Job!!!!
Thank you so much for playing long enough to notice there's no difficulty increase xD
i never thought i was gonna play as a pin with a gun but here we are
I would love to write a review, but I’m still rolling on the floor laughing. Great idea, and that ending cutscene was phenomenal!
Haha thanks I'm glad you enjoyed it so much!
Our team was considering going with the idea of playing as a bowling pin, but we ultimately went with something else. Glad to see you brought justice to the concept! I would really love to see some additions in the future, especially to make it feel like it's worth protecting the other pins. But what's there right now is still amazing.
I'm assuming you guys referenced Corridor Crew's videos on bowling animations, because the humor of that final cutscene was right in line with those, and very well executed!
Well the survival of the pins is directly tied to your multiplier, e.g. if you have 9 pins alive you can have a 9x score. Trouble is our score wasn't always working and we didn't make that super obvious either. But the animation at the end actually wasn't ours so we can't take credit! I do like corridor crew though xD
Well if you ever do turn it into a full game, I would love to see some custom animations in that same vein! Maybe you could have a concept of rounds, with animations that play depending on who you lost at the end of it. There's a lot of potential here for sure!
Yeah! When we originally came up with the idea we had a lot of feature creep potential with like abilities where you had 2 guns or you were playing against a boss who was just a child because they had the barriers up xD Lots of potential here if we do decide to continue it
Who knew that the inclusion of guns would make bowling so much more enjoyable! Great style and terrific execution. Well done
Thank you very much!
Really fun concept! Loved all the little touches like the voicelines from the pins and the human bowlers in the distance :)
Haha you can thank our artists for those small details!
takes me back to 'Nam... eh, I mean bowling alley.
Incredible job! couldn't tell if there was an end point. my multiplier kept going into the negatives, but I was hoping something happened at 300
Unfortunately we had a bug with the score we just didn't have time to fix! The hope was that this would be more of like an endless game with high scores and you compare with other people to see who got further
I don't know what kind of games I was expecting from this jam but definitely not a bowling fps, absolutely amazing
Haha I'm glad you liked it!
Peak Gaming - Biggie
Wish there were more end videos.
Haha yeah we just didn't have time to look for any more and weren't sure if we were allowed to use them so we stuck with the one, thanks so much for playing not once but more than once! xD
I don’t wanna dieeeeeeeeee!
This game was a lot fun. Loved the aesthetic and the fun twist on bowling.
Haha I happen to like your theme too xD Thanks for playing!
hahahaha glad you like my voice acting xD
Bruh this one had me rolling XD I love the voice lines and sound effects and really like the pixelated look! What did you do to achieve that effect?
Hey thanks so much for playing! We added a render feature to our URP-High Fidelity renderer settings. In all honesty we don't know how it works because we found a tutorial online xD
hahaha glad you liked my voice lines xD
The game was great - loved the aesthetic. Just need to fix the points system - it went negative/stopped on me twice.
That bug drove us crazy xD Thanks for playing 😉
We still have no idea what causes this bug because there's no point in the code that changes the score by a negative value. Coding is fun.
