Super neat and I haven't played anything else like it (yet)! I think maybe the collider on the first prey type is bugged? I couldn't eat them and they couldn't eat me. But the rest was great and I was really into it by the end once I realized the bug! Those boars though. Nasty buggers.
There's a bug that make first animal spawning wave doesn't work in the first time opening the game. It happens randomly and we couldn't fix it in time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This game is so simple and yet so effective.

It was so calm and relaxing before the night ahah and then I was terrorized!
I love the simple immersive HUD, letting you know that you need to eat.
For me it's the perfect example of game jam, nothing complicated but a really great design.

Very cool, love the art, especially the lil ghosts that pop up when you eat. Dodging the different behaviors was fun, especially the rabbits, though at times it felt a little hard, though I guess that's why you stock up on food before the night. Awesome game :D
First, the art is very well executed, clean, and fits with the concept well. The music and sound effects are very good also.
As for suggestions, I think the way animal spawn at night should be in a more controlled manner. Multiple times they just spawn in front of me, leaving little to no time to dodge.
Other than that it's a very fun short game to play! (rabbit is brutal though lmao)
(also whoever thought of the way to reveal the hunger bar text needs a raise xD idk if it is effective or not, but goddd, that was clever)

Simple and lovely art style. The different animals are a great touch. I don' think the reversed roles message need to show up all night though
Awesome game! The increasingly difficult nights bringing in new animals was implemented well, as each new monster had to be countered differently. I think the bunnies were the most fun to play against, as you'd have to juke them out to get by safely. The hunger bar sliding away to reveal "dont forget to eat" was also a nice touch. The contrast between day and night was well done, as any sense of power eating the prey was immediately reversed when it was night. Great job, and good luck in your future projects!
Really really cute despite the themes of predation
I played this game 4 times and enjoyed all the time i played. Every night the mobs become more difficult and it makes the sense. I wish luck for your other projects.
This idea comes to my mind, it's creative and nice, but i think you can improve the technical issues, great work for this period of time .
