First comment! Thank you and congratulations 🎂

Neat! I don't think I've played anything like this "mix and don't match" sort of tower defence before, in the way that the towers cancel out your units. Interesting mechanic with lots of room to grow.

Thanks for the thoughtful comments! Would love to put more time into this lil abomination

It's a high score display that shows your best playthrough! Or at least, it used to be, and it will be again once I get in there after the jam and fix it lol

Thanks for your comment and balanced feedback! Yeah this was our first jam for most of the team and we were definitely in the mindset of "panic" rather than "finesse" by the end of it 😅  Hoping to give it some love on the fine tuning when voting is done, especially on that jump!

Super neat and I haven't played anything else like it (yet)! I think maybe the collider on the first prey type is bugged? I couldn't eat them and they couldn't eat me. But the rest was great and I was really into it by the end once I realized the bug! Those boars though. Nasty buggers.

Very nice! Some general webgl trouble needing reloads here and there (not an easy thing to debug, no judgement here) but when it was running I had fun. At times I thought it was too easy, and usually that's when it would snap to me with the fastest headshot I'd seen yet. Made me think of taking the gun right to the screen when I got tired of losing in the original game lol

This was cool! It was a bit frustrating at times because my clicks weren't registering at a few crucial moments, but the overall idea and its execution was fun. I especially liked the "animation" as Hero ragdolled around as if possessed.

Thanks! It was the first foray into horror for a lot of us so it's nice to hear we hit the mark.

Hey another snake fan! Loved your take on it. I was a little overly-enthusiastic about feeding the great beast, but once I started kicking food AWAY from it instead of aiming to feed it directly, my results improved drastically lol. I think you might need to normalize the player's movement (having both keys down gave a speed boost), but everything felt fun and responsive!

Neat concept! I feel like there might be more meat to be found here as far as gameplay, but the visuals and the audio were on point.

But this came from a solo dev it seems? Awesome work!

This was great! Personally for me I would've liked the challenge to ramp up a bit faster, but that music was so catchy it made sure I stuck around for the full match! Very cool concept and the hero mode was a great surprise (I didn't read the page closely lol)

Very cool! Loved the chaos that emerged by the end of it.

Thank you! Nicely done on your too, I really liked your push/pull controls. It'll be neat to see where you go in the post-jam update!

Cool concept! I like how you handled the "pull" action on the lower character, don't think I've seen that before with the direction reverse. It felt good!

Thanks, yours too! Loved the surprise horror shift when the shark came in

Cool controller! I haven't done it yet but my goal was "get big enough to eat the shark." Then I thought: "get big enough to destory the fisherman." Going to give it one more go to try for vengeance lol
