Fun frantic non-cookie-clicker-game. Visuals are also very tight.

This is a fun idea! However, the cursors don't really seem to chase the player so much as ping-ping around the screen for the most part, and the cookie inherently moves faster than the cursors - which don't automatically click on contact with the cooker, rather it seems almost like you have to hold still for a second to let them click you - so I ended up just zooming my cookie up-left-down-right around the screen for about two minutes before I got bored and let them click me. Having the cursors immediately take a life upon collision/contact with the cookie would up the challenge significantly. Not sure how to fix the roaming/ping-ponging vs chase issue though. (Your page says you created the vast majority of the music but I didn't hear any audio - just a head's up in case it was glitching).

Fun game, it felt like I could get extra speed around the edges though and keep that up almost forever

Great work!

We had the same idea! Haha. My game had the cookie really slow, its fun being fast and dodging! Could use some sound.

Fun concept!! But it was pretty easy once you got the hang of it. If there were other enemies, it could have really added to challenge! Nice work :)

Very polished game, but it was quite easy to kite the cursors after a while. Introducing the grannies/other Cookie clicker characters with different follow/attack patterns could be an easy way to spice up this great foundation.

I gotta say, it is funny how the opposite of cookie clicker is a Snake/Bullet hell game!

Nice entry and very clever idea, but seems like pressing WASD in such way that you would circle around allows to play infinitely

Nice idea. Best strategy was to stay really close with the clickers. It is really intense for a while, but when you learn the rhythm it loses its charm. It works on any number of clicker, because when they are really close to you they go straight towards the cookie. But I myself can't see any easy solution. Maybe some clickers that go completely random, or have totaly different behaviour, but this was a game jam submission after all. So no worries.

Good meme, I will definitely invest in it. Speeding up a cookie works a little incomprehensibly.
