Absolutely love the gameplay. That animation of the bullet spinning is pretty satisfying. Great game!
Cool, thanks a bunch! It was a really fun animation to make, so I'm glad you liked it, thanks for playing!!
This is really tense game! I love your idea. Had a sweat in my palms
Yoo thats super good to hear! Here at Duckbeanpotato, we love sweaty palms lol thanks for playing!
Well executed! I absolutely love the visuals to it, and the tutorial is very well made.
Thank you so much! One of the biggest things my game jams have struggled with is tutorials, so I'm glad you liked the tutorial! We decided to focus a lot on the tutorial this time around
Very smooth feeling game, and the visuals look great! I also love how gradual the tutorial is. Nice work!
Thank you! We've learned over time a gradual tutorial is definitely the best way to go for these types of games
Great introduction + level progression to familiarize the player with the concept :D An indicator for whether the bullet's currently facing a wall might be helpful (or maybe I should just get good) but I loved how you combined puzzle and shooter elements!
Ahh that’s an interesting idea! Like besides the crosshair there could be like an indicator of specific direction that could flash red if there’s a wall? Thank you a bunch for playing!!
I really liked the music in your game. You have picked it well.
I was confused when the track was finished and the game wasn't. I kept playing a few levels without any music and it was torture.
I was confused as to who those doctors were and why was a bullet hurt by a red laser. I didn't know if it would be over in some time or not. The first enemies weren't as confusing
Ahhhh sorry haha! I totally forgot to click the “Loop” button before publishing D: Also I forgot to assign SFX to the laser guy lol I wish I had more time. I hope you enjoyed the game though and thanks so much for playing!!
I did enjoy the first part, it felt more tested and polished.
Maybe if the music was in place, I wouldn't notice the difficulty (queue the Hotline Miami)
GG! One of the only games I gave 15 out of 15! Loved it.
Wow!! Thank you so much for that score dude I’m honored and I’m so happy that you found joy in playing this game!
Really fun concept, could have used a little work on the level design and maybe some more differentiation between the guns. A surprising amount of variety and progression for a jam game, good stuff!
Sick thanks for the feedback, I think it would be cool to have more different guns too!! I was thinking of maybe expanding this game in the future, glad you enjoyed it!
Only complaint is that the death screen is kinda annoying to keep clicking. Rare instance where being lazy and just refreshing the scene would honestly be best.
Ahh thanks a bunch for the feedback that would honestly be a great improvement, thanks for playing!!!
id like more of that music plz....
The levels were great, super nice idea!
Lol my bad, I wish the music kept going too haha, thanks for playing!!
Pretty fun I really like the last 2 levels as they start to force you to play a bit more tactically. Also I'm a sucker for hotline miami homages.
Haha thanks, I love Hotline Miami so much, glad you liked it!!
Really good content, high quality execution and fun! I couldn't fit this game into the idea of this jam but overall looks awesome!
Thank you so much for playing, I appreciate it!!
