Cool concept and great art, but I couldn't get past the starting area. I think it maybe would have been more intuitive if you could pull yourself along the rope after setting a piton? Also when I try to swing on a piton, it felt like my controls were reversed.

The motions are very fluent. I wish could achieve this.

But I didnt notice the rope and tried to play celeste in the game.

Thanks for playing! Didn’t have time to add a tutorial sadly

After I clean up the repo a bit, I will make the code public on Github if you’re interested :)

that would be so nice!

Lots of potential, but it really needs to do a better job of easing the player into the difficulty.  I couldn't get past the first part.  Controls were clumsy to get a feel for, especially with how accurate you need to be.  Seems like a game meant for a controller.  It took me several attempts to figure out how to aim the rope.  Also a bad swing got me stuck between blocks on the ground more than once, requiring a full restart of the game to get out.  Sorry, that sounds like I'm picking on it more than it deserves.  It's really a good effort.

Thank you for the review! I agree with all the points you brought up. I think I made the difficulty ramp up so quickly to make up for the lack of content lol and the bugs are pretty bad. If I stick with this project that’s where I’ll look for improvements. Again, thanks for playing!
