How does your game fit the theme?
You can change your size and your enemies size using props in the game to help you get through the level. Also, sorry that there is a bug in the second level so if you fall down the level, you will have to play the game again because the restart button isn't working!

Cool game overall!

The character feels a bit sluggish. I fell through the floor on the second level due to a bug and couldn't really play further. Probably just needs a bit more work. Great ideas though, keep it up!

Cool, really felt like a retro platformer! I kept getting stuck on the second level - I'd fall down a chute, and the movement controls stopped working after restarting the level :(

Developer(+1)

Yeah. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Glad to hear that it felt retro!

Good job on creating the levels, they're really well put together and the music is pretty nice :^)

Neat game controller was tricky but the level design was good keep it up.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback :)

Great idea, and the level design was nice.
I also really like how the music changed between levels.
It's a bit hard to control and I had a few bugs, but overall it was a nice game and I had fun :)

Developer

Glad to hear that you liked it!

It was fun and well made. I liked it.

Interesting take on the theme. The collision needs a little work, but I like the idea of using the lasers to scale enemies and yourself!

Fun game, love the art style! Good job!

Interesting concept, using lasers to downscale enemies is fun thing. Though it's a bit rough around the edges, the movement could use some improvements—jumping feels like you're in low gravity, and the colliders sometimes work in a slightly weird way.

Developer

Absolutely right! This game certainly needs more polish. Glad you liked the concept!

interesting game, could use a bit of polish, but overall a pretty good game ✶⋆.˚

The main thing that I learned from this game jam is that giving time to polish is essential!

I like the concept of needing to decide when to use the lasers in order to navigate the levels and defeat the various sized robots. The level restart button didn’t work for me (character was stuck after trying to restart the level, so I had to restart the whole game).

Developer

That restart button is one issue that got left unnoticed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Glad to hear that you liked the idea!

Interesting game, I liked the choice of music
