Damn! that's the real meaning of the word "game"!
Congrats!
I think I spent a good 5 minutes in the first main area trying to jump up onto the platform cubes right where it said you could jump higher if you were moving. It was genuinely so hard for me to control. Even after I maaged to get up on the lowest platform I still managed to slide off. I'm sure if I had managed to get past that the rest of the game would've been fun. Alas, I'm a bad gamer. Thanks for sharing this game with the world tho, I'm happy there's other people that can enjoy it more than me
Thanks for playing!
I doubt you're a bad gamer, what you experienced is a reccuring topic amongst the other reviews and people I've seen playtest. I got too used to the feel of physics when developing, I neglected considering how other players would take it.
Regardless, thank you very much for your feedback :)
I enjoyed using the cursor wheel to make the ball larger and smaller. Monkey brain, activate.

Nice idea! We had also imagined letting our boxes slide and push things over or break things when they were scaled up, but we never implemented it.
I did find it a little difficult to control; timing the jumps was tricky, and I would have liked an indicator for what scale I was currently on. Those are really my only complaints, though; nice work!
Great minds think alike (or something :) )
You're right, all the feedback is pointing towards the feel of the ball / control and physics of it.
An indicator is a really good idea, wish I had of thought of that!!
Thanks for your feedback~
Great jam game, can't believe you made it in 48 hours! Overall it's very cohesive, and the main mechanic is fun and engaging. I liked the music as well, how it comes in at the start and how it switched for the different sections. And the little sounds, pops and when you die are great.
I agree with the other reviews that the jump is a bit hard, it seems to vary quite a lot based on the run up in a not so intuitive way, and I also didn't realise til quite late on that the beige surface is a lot better for jumping on! I struggled to move the big blocks until I realised you could gain speed as a small ball, then quickly go big to have the force of the big ball with the speed of the small one - this is a really cool trick, and maybe a tutorial for it would have been good.
Good job!
Thank you very much for your feedback!
The physics of the ball seems to be the issue in the spotlight (jumping & velocity). After seeing the reviews and watching people play it, unfortunately I agree. I did want it to be semi-real and a bit challenging, but it turned out not so fun - woopsie!
Thanks for playing it and reaching out :)
The gameplay was pretty fun and the controls were pretty smooth. I didn't like the visuals that much tho
Thanks for giving it a go!
I agree, the visuals are a bit crude. I had intended to polish it a bit but ultimately ran out of time
I really like the music and visuals. The gameplay idea is simple and fun. Sadly I was not able to jump very high, so I did not get very far. I also think the camera is a bit too close to the ball. But overall a pretty good and well made jam game.
Thank you so much for giving it a go!
I'm sorry you didn't get to experience the full game, but I truly appreciate your feedback and kind words~
What a great idea! I liked the Style and the Music fits nicely.
Gameplay-wise there are a lot of things you can do with this concept. I really liked the fact that you can use your mass to push/destroy things and to "squeeze through" some tight obstacles.
On the negative side, I didn't like the platforming so much and I had trouble jumping onto platforms/obstacles. In my opinion the game should focus more on puzzles than on platforming. Furthermore, I think the game should give the player more time and room to play around and learn before they are able to tackle more difficult segments!
All in all, great game idea!!!
Thank you so much for your feedback <3
And thanks for playing!!
