I did what I had to. I dealt with Mr. Zombie man. Put my artifact in a GOOD PLACE.

I guess this is a good thing, right? xD

Submitted

I like it! I wish the artifact had a 100% spawn chance though...

Developer

You have to buy it from the merchant. This was not clear enough unfortunately...

This is really cool! I had some trouble figuring out when I could do certain actions, but I really liked the aesthetic.

Developer

yeah, it could have been clearer. I could have added dialogue to the merchant that clearly states that you can buy things and what not.

I must have killed mr.zombie to death many times, I think he just wanted to say hi! Finally got the magical artifact with 19 minutes remaining, though I'm pretty sure each action subtracted a random amount of time from that as well?

Developer

The time subtracted is one of the things that is not randomized. Also poor Mr. Zombie man!

Oh, I had the clock jump around in time, in that case! I kept an eye on my computer clock, and 3 minutes had elapsed before a minute in real-time had! If it's a bug, it's a very fitting one for the theme.

Developer

time advances one minute when you press space.

Interesting idea, fits with the theme of the game jam.
