very interesting and fun game.
I liked the puzzles although I didn't like having to click the right button to look around so much that's just nitpicking.
The character could move slightly faster or at least have a sprint function. Also, I don't know if the small die was some level design props or actually had something to do.
But I really like everything else.
Good job!
Great for a first game! thought the player and die should maybe be able to move faster though, and the last puzzle was quite janky. very cute though.
Wow, I thought this was great! Especially loved the giant block puzzle at the end too. I also liked how you introduced the world being reset through the resetting puzzle at the beginning.
I was a little confused by the two die blocks that were sitting on ledges -- since it was still early in the game, I wasn't sure if I was missing a mechanic and I was able to pick them up or something. If they're kind of just there to mark an optional challenge -- maybe they could have been collectible.
And I can see what you mean by rough around the edges -- almost literally really, because you can push some cubes around on the edges between the glass and get them to roll, and I'm not sure if that was intentional or not. Nor am I sure to what extent jumping up the side of the cube as it was rolling was intentional either, but it definitely made it easier to shortcut some puzzles rather than orienting them in the correct position.
But I also liked how the whole thing was one world, rather than levels, even if that's more of an aesthetic choice that doesn't so much effect game design. Anyway, overall, good job.
Really cool puzzle platformer! I think the main mechanic of knocking the dice over made doe some really cool puzzles.
A nice creative puzzler. Perhaps I didn't get far enough in the game but some sort of interactivity between the dice's "result" and the puzzle would add a fun layer to some of the puzzles!
Edit: Character is cute. Props.
Nice! Simple but effective and kind of challenging puzzles!
I think the music started to get a bit annoying after a while.
Also I managed to softlock myself on puzzle 4(?) where two dice got stuck in each other:
Cool idea, I admittedly didn't get super far though. Here are some notes:
You've taken the theme to it's literal conclusion, good job lol
Nice! Simple and effective! Had some trouble with puzzle 2 already xd
Not bad! The concept was cool and definitely got me thinking! I was able to roll the dice through some of the orange obstacles, however, and you can roll the dice sometimes off the edge. While graphics aren't everything, this game would hugely benefit from more readability. Oftentimes, I found myself second-guessing how a dice should roll or if I'm supposed to be able to jump up somewhere.
Overall, fun game!
