best art in the jam so far, cant even begin to describe how in love I am with this vibe and choice of few color pallette and handdrawn art ... the references to undertale and expressiveness of the characters, I would like to have made this myself lol. I am in love with this, sorry
It's surprising to see such a well made RPG as a jam submission, and it looks and sounds so fresh! The game has such a novel premise, too, but as it is I feel like the battle mechanics are a bit simple (which for a jam game is still great). And I like the silly title!
couldn't defeat the beholder at all but still one of the best games this jam
Its impressive how much content you had for this, kudos to you! really fun game and awesome art style and music, congrats again!
This is a really cool game !! loved the art style and gameplay , Nice addition of dialogues for each of the characters , Good stuff overall !! :))
Absolutely loved the art style and visuals!
Absolutely phenomenal - so much charm and character, with gorgeous art, a great soundtrack and some truly fantastic dice puns (Warluck was my favourite).
The gameplay is brilliant, with plenty of challenge and strategy to unpack, but never feeling overwhelming.
The dating system added a surprising amount of depth, with the dates themselves being wonderfully written. It took a lot of effort to pry myself away from the barbarian when strategy demanded it though!
Great game :)
This game is done really well. Great Slay the Spire-esque game that utilizes dice in a way completely different than Dicey Dungeons. The flavor is off the charts, I love all the dice characters, their dialogue and their names are hilarious. The enemies are great too, although I found the last boss Raymond Holder a little over-tuned.
There was a visual bug that happened to me a few times where a die would be missing its spin animation and appear as a white rectangle until it finished spinning.
Please give our game a try as well! :)
I don't know what else to say that hasn't been said. THIS GAME IS WONDERFUL. I was searching for that dice dating simulator and HERE IT IS. All the art is so cohesive and charming. And even the dating simulator part itself is so interesting. I would love to see more of this as a full on game. Great job to the entire team!
The music was great, the art was great, and the idea was great! Really good execution as well!!!
epic
Amazing art and concept! Gameplay is pretty fun
Good job
Really enjoyed this game! The art was amazing and the flirting mechanic was a pretty unexpected twist, good work!
I can't believe you made this during such a short game jam. Well done!
I love this game! A Dating Sim + Turn Base Battler is something that my team was joking about during the design phase.
Such a good game gj!
Thanks a lot for playing! :)
God tier Art Style, Fun Combat, and funky music. I cant believe you all managed to make this in 48hours without a time machine. the visual novel/ turn based rpg fits the theme nice.
The game looks like a full fledged finished indie title.
10/10
Thanks so much for playing! It took a lot of effort and little sleep but it was a lot of fun to make!
