  • The movement feels terrible: there seems to be a randomly long lag to stopping the character moving in a given direction. I would let go of a button and it could stop after like half a second or stop after another three seconds of movement. This meant it never felt like I was actually in control of the character, and also meant I was sliding around the pickups a lot.
  • When you run out of dice, there's nothing you can do anymore besides wait for the enemies to slowly eat your health. Or quit, I guess.
  • Not sure what the strategic value of the dice's random damage is if you don't know what the health of the enemies are; I ended up just firing the dice like normal but usually ineffective bullets.
  • I would have preferred if the 'next die to be fired' was next to the character I was controlling; it being way down in the bottom corner where my eyes never really went meant I was never cognizant of what I was about to fire. But then the previous point made that moot anyway.

Apologies that this is overly negative...

Super cute concept and art! I love the idea of a black cat destroying lucky things, and while I did get stuck a few times by not being able to obtain more dice, I thought the overall game was well done :)

Unsure if i was doing something wrong but i kept running out of dice and not being able to do anything. I was picking them up but they weren't letting me shoot again. I liked the concept though and the visuals are nice.

I really appreciated the concept, the fact that enemies are slow is fine because u have time to think, it is more a puzzle game than an arcane/fps game because once u understand how much health has the enemy, u can calculate what u need every level. To improve the game u just need some more different enemies :)

Fun but simple game, I liked the idea of having to roll all the avaible dice simultaneously, so you had to decide between keeping your existing numbers or hoping it'll improve on the next roll. Movement controls seemed to have a bit of a delay which isnt ideal, but still a fun experience

so cute! i love cat so i play cat >:3c had trouble getting precise movements since there was a bit of movement delay so responsiveness is probably the most important critique. otherwise so cute and i love being cat with gun <3

The movement feels a little weird. Seems like the input is normalized, even though you used Input.GetAxis instead of GetAxisRaw. Anyway, I liked it :)

love the concept, it just need little bit of polishing like my one does xD. Also could you check out my game too?

sweet game! I loved the idea of the cat and the different dice

Loved the concept of a black cat wanting to kill everything that is lucky haha!

Overall a simple project, and it follows the theme well. My main problem is the character controller has some weird delay to inputs, causing the game to feel less responsive. Could use a menu to restart when you run out of dice.
