For a first game, it's very impressive!

The gameplay is very fluid and the mechanics are smooth. I see a lot of potential here, I can feel in the gameplay a lot of affection you put on this game, it's very pollished.

You are definitively a great game dev. I can't wait to see your next job.

Congrats! Your first game is fantastic!

Great idea for a game mechanic. I would have loved to see more of the sort circuiting mechanic and less of the maze part. You had some good comments within the level. Good job for your first game.

Pretty good for a first game, the shader looked cool and the jokes were appreciated. :P

(Though, finding the correct squares in the dark maze was extremely difficult).

Looks like a nice game, but I have a touchpad(only one mouse button at a time) so oh well :(

I liked the mechanics of the game, It was something i haven't seen before.

Nice work!

What a great concept! I never tried to use both mouse buttons in a single mechanic, it's very clever! And theme related, great job! And is your first finished game, congrats! I hope to see more of your work in the future, it was fun to play!

The instructional words should’ve been better-illuminated (though the jokes were fine dimmed out). It was an interesting concept but I think it would’ve been better if the block pairs were numbered or something – I connected a Red and a Blue in the maze and best I can tell it didn’t do anything (the one door I could find was still locked), so either I got out-mazed indeed or I assume they weren’t matching Red/Blues. Good first jam though!

Thanks, i thought exactly that before putting it up. To number them. My goal at first was to make that You transport the energy. The blue energy box becomes pink when connected and the door opens. Den you use the transported pink energy box in the next room and connect that with a blue in that room to open next door. But i dident have time to get it working as i wanted. The maze had two new boxes out in the maze. You could not use de blue from the room before. Sorry for the confusion. my bad.

I thought I was using the new boxes but there might’ve been a hitbox issue. And I definitely know how initial plans change over time and time constraints. Keep jamming and you’ll get better and honing and preserving your ideas.

Interesting idea.  Hiding the instructions in shadow is probably not a good idea.  Maybe if you hid lights in the maze and the user could power those up it would make things more interesting.

The screen was quite dark.  It would have been better if you could see where you were going.  I dont think that would have taken away from the gameplay.

Developer

i thought so to. But but made it darker for disorientation purposes. But maybe should done the maze bigger instead.

Thanks for the feedback
