I adore games like this! Like a quick reaction time see how big you can get sorta game. Really well done and well executed! Kept me on my toes!

Developer

I'm glad you enjoyed my work. Thanks for commenting! :D

Little hard for a noob like me XD.  But the game is not unfair, it become easier when you still playing.

The growing building is nice and the mechanics by hotkeys works precisally.

I really enjoy it! Congrats!

Developer

Thx for the positive feedback! Glad you enjoyed my work!

Nice little reaction-time game. Brutal fail state! Maybe instead of insta-death when you make a mistake, just remove a floor and let the game keep going? Well done!

Developer

Thanks for replying!

The reason the fail state is like this is to replicate what is done in the hypercasual genre where a mistake would lead to a loss.

But getting to, idk, 100 floors is actually a big feat, considering that is near the height of Burj Khalifa so, i think its pretty in-line with real-world buildings.

Well done! I zoomed out in chrome to be able to see the whole screen. It was tricky to understand why I was failing at first when I though the color was the only important factor.

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks! You can go full screen to fix the screen problem.

I'll look into improving the visual clarity so that its easier to understand the goal. 😅

Simple concept, nicely executed. The only problem I had was that the in browser version was way too big for my window on a Macbook Pro, so I couldn't see all of it at once. Otherwise, nice job.

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks! You can go full screen mode to fix that problem. I'll look for a solution asap :)

I enjoyed this one! Managed to get 82 floors once I understood what was going on. It was a bit tough to figure out the mechanics, though.

Developer

Nice! I could never get past 50 though XD

Quite a fun experience. Got to 60 floors :)

Just two things:

  • At first it wasn't quite clear to me if I just had to press at any time or If I have to hit it when the circle hits that middle part
  • The speed should ramp up just a tiny bit slower. At around 25 floors it gets really difficult I think
Developer
  • For the first one, I'll see how to make it so that it shows that the button must be pressed before the ring hits the middle.
  • For the second one, as I've stated earlier, i'll see what I can do after the jam :)

Glad you enjoyed it!

Nicely polished casual game.  As I'm slightly colour blind, I have trouble mixing up the orange (at least i think it is orange) and the red and sometimes the green. Changing it to something like yellow would help people like me,

Developer

Thanks!

I'll see what I can do :)

That was really fun and addicting. My high score was 26 floors.

I think it gets faster too soon, other than that it's a great time killer. Congrats.

Developer

Thanks for rating!

I think i would have to do something about that speed, thanks for mentioning! :D
