That was cool, I liked the overall feel of the game for sure. I had some weird slow down when somehow I ended up with a whole army of eggs right next to me while fighting a boss. It looked like the minions were watching me beat up their leader! Definitely one of the more unique moments of the jam for me :)

this was a pretty interesting experience :) definitely a distinct take on the theme. I agree with some of the other comments that the controls were a bit sensitive since it was tricky to enter some corridors.  Maybe adding some acceleration or friction to the move code might be something to look into.  Also, the really small visibility definitely added to the challenge. I kept hoping to find an item or something that could increase the range.

I liked the proc gen aspect though and I'm curious how you handled ensuring that all levels would work with the spirit phase to ensure the player could always make the jump. nice entry.

Thanks for the feedback, I don't think i actually verified the proc gen much (I kinda just stole some code from another similar game of mine and changed it up a bit) but the world is large enough that there's probably very few seeds with an inaccessible area in spirit mode, i actually once got a seed which got me stuck in a wall from the start. In all, I'm glad you liked it.

A fun little game, a bit hard though when the eggs gank you when you spawn! Took me a few tries.

Fun game, loved the art. The limited sight range felt a bit tight though. Also it was sometimes hard to enter hallways because the controls were so sensitive. Procedural generation is always cool.

Thanks, I totally understand the sight range problem, many people said the same, I might make a difficulty mode with Easy mode having a less tight view box. I think a good solution for the control problem would be for me to make the bread very slow on default and have a sprint button. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Great game, i like the random-generated levels, the controls are nice and the art is simple but still it's a really cool game.
