Most of my thought have been said, so ..
good job on the UI, it was very easy to pick/drop items, excellent signifiers.

I second the tutorial idea. It was very unclear to me at first what I need to do, or what goes where. I'm still not quite sure what some of the traps do! Also, rotating traps is a bit imprecise. Had to do a couple extra turns everytime. Apart from these, nice work!

You should probably make a tutorial, because i had no idea what i was doing at first, and maybe give time to read and find out what each tower does. But was pretty and interesting!

It looks like you probably did a lot of intricate work on systems behind the scenes (with hero classes and whatnot), but I couldn't really tell what those systems were doing. Some sort of animation to reflect the things that change in the game would go a long way toward making this easier to understand.

Regardless, nice work on finishing and submitting in time!

Yes I completely agree! I told myself a number of times that at the very least the rogues ability to disable the traps should be shown but never actually did it. Thank you for the review and kind words!

Nice game, from the beginning a little less understandable but it's probably because I'm stupid. It's a game with great potential and I think you did it well.

I'm sure I could have done something more with the first level to instruct the player. I am still finding the balance of what to tell the player and what they should/can assume.

Thanks for the comments and review!

Quick to play and cute characters.

As an improvement, i would suggest to add some feed hit/effect feedback. For example, i couldn't understand at the beginning why my towers stopped shooting, as nothing apparently happens when they get disabled by the rogue.

Developer

Thanks! I agree, I meant to write down  a note for disabling the arrow trap and do show it in the game but absolutely forgot! I'm glad you enjoyed it and the lack of trap feedback didn't deter you from playing.
